- WHEN Friday, 19 August 2016 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Come along to explore some cutting edge technology and see how 3D printers are revolutionising manufacturing as part of National Science Week in the Hunter. The event will run from 4.30 – 7pm on Friday 19th August at FogHorn Brewhouse.
Me3D will be bringing some amazing technology along to give you a hands on experience so you can learn how they work and why they are making such a difference. Me3D designs and manufactures a range of 3D printers specifically for education. Their solutions connect students to the 3D print process so that can achieve a deeper understanding of what they have designed on the screen, what comes out of the printer and everything in between. They choose to manufacture their products locally responsibly through Australian Disabilities Enterprises, supporting the meaningful employment of disabled workers.
This event is held at Foghorn Brewhouse, home of fresh, innovative craft beer and high quality locally sourced food to the heart of Newcastle.
If you would like to stay on after the event to sample some of Foghorns famous craft beers or meals, please book a table by calling 02 4929 4721.
This event is supported by the ME Program Hunter Innovation and Science Hub
